Banif special term deposit pays 4.125 per cent

Banif Bank has rolled out a new special term deposit account offering 4.125 per cent gross interest annually on a four-year euro term deposit. The minimum deposit amount is €5,000. The bank is also offering excellent rates on four-year term deposits in US dollars, sterling and Australian dollars.

If clients hold a credit card, loan, savings scheme, salary or direct salary account with Banif, they can also place additional funds in the account during the first year and still enjoy the 4.125 per cent interest rate.

Banif is also rewarding customers who hold a salary or direct salary account with a €50 voucher for every €5,000 deposited in the special term deposit (or for the same amount in other currencies). Account holders can choose from a range of vouchers that are redeemable at Arkadia Commercial Centre in Gozo, La Vigna, PAVI Supermarket or The Point, Tigné.

Clients can also choose a €50 discount on a smartphone from Go or two free months of Go’s Home Pack Interactive with free interactive HD box. Alternatively customers can choose four free months of Go’s ‘On the Move’ 12GB mobile internet with a free mobile Wi-Fi device.
