PaperLess Europe has announced it is to supply its electronic document flow and archiving software to Msida-based Information Systems Ltd to roll out this enhancement with its enterprise resource planning systems throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
ISL said that thanks to this technology partnership, users of the EYESEL Business Suite will benefit from an integrated system that is secure and reliable, enabling them to improve business efficiency, save money, increase profits and reduce risk. PaperLess Europe’s technology will integrate seamlessly into ISL’s comprehensive ERP system, making ISL’s end users also PaperLess Europe’s end users.
“It is a great pleasure to partner ISL, whose industry leading ERP system is designed and developed here in Malta,” PaperLess Europe’s Sliema office business development manager Phil Richards said. “Working with the professional team here, we are confident that customers looking for efficiency improvements, time saving and risk reduction will find what they need from PaperLess integrated with the EYESEL Business Suite.”
For Joe Aquilina, business development director at ISL, the benefit of the partnership is that ISL has added a new product which customers will benefit from in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness and, most importantly, document management and storage.
PaperLess Europe was set up in Oslo in 1997 with the vision of improving the efficiency of accounting systems by using electronic document flow and archiving.
With an expanding base of 1,700 installations using PaperLess technology in Europe, in 2012 PaperLess made a strategic decision to move its headquarters to Malta, with offices in Norway, while expanding new territories in the UK, the Netherlands, and Ireland.
