MFSA warns against dealings with OCB Malta
OCB Malta, as depicted on the website www.ocbmalta.eu, is not authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to provide any type of financial service, the MFSA said.
It warned the public against dealing with this entity as it appeared that the website in question was cloned from that of a locally licensed credit institution.
The MFSA reminded investors and consumers of financial services not to enter into any financial services transaction unless they ascertained that the entity with whom the transaction was being made held a licence to provide such services from the MFSA or another reputable financial services regulator.
A list of entities licensed by the MFSA is available from the Malta Financial Services Authority, and can be viewed online.

The MFSA should warn investors not to expect their help or assistance in monitoring and ensuring compliance by the very companies the MFSA are purported to regulate.

unless you're sure your system is well protected and security programs are updated, I would refrain from visiting their website, as they might try to install some kind of malware.

In their website, the photo depicting the door is photoshopped. The words on the plaque 'OCB Malta' are added on the photo. They do not follow the perspective either. It's a very amateurish job and says it all. Thank you for the advice.
