New Cospicua archpriest
A new archpriest has been appointed to the Immaculate Conception parish in Cospicua.
Fr Reuben Micallef, 35, was raised in the parish of Our Lady of Lourdes, Paola and was ordained in July 2005. He was appointed vice parish priest at Christ the King parish in Paola, and later parish priest of Mtarfa where he has been serving since 2008.
Cospicua is a parish of about 5,700 parishioners comprising 1,600 families.
