Floating building
Photo: Aaron Micallef, [email protected]
Having covered most available land with stones, bricks and concrete, will it now be the water’s turn?
Reader Aaron Micallef took the photo above while flying over the Grand Harbour with Francesco Vella.
As the two were flying, they saw this ‘building’ being towed out of the Grand Harbour and decided to share with readers.

What is a person of no fixed abode called?
I guess this is where one would be living if this is moved around.
Good alternative to Alcatraz, or for getting extra emergency space shipped around , whether for hospital or prison duty!!!!!!

Before you get any exciting ideas, boys, better check this site. It's not the kind of hotel we would like to visit and spend a few days in. It seems it's just a floating prison.

That is exactly what it is - a floating prison! Now what is it to be used for in Malta?!

That's not the same building I think. The two humps at the top of the link you posted are not present on the picture here.
What is this exactly?

It is a sort of articulated cruisliner on the same principles as an articulated truck with trailer?
If I remember correctly when there was a contract at the dockyard this was used to house the workers rather than put them up in a local hotel. Not much money was gained locally!!
