Two workers injured in falls
Two workers, a 58-year-old Serb who lives in St Paul’s Bayand a 52-year-old man from Tarxien, were grievously injured in falls today.
In the first incident, at around 10.30 a.m., the Serb was injured this morning when he fell a height of around 1.5 storeys from a roof at Ta’ Qali, where he was working.
In the second incidnt, the Tarxien man fell from a scaffolding while working in Marfa Road, Mellieha.
The men are not in critical condition.
