Location of bus stops
I refer to the letter Badly located bus stops (August 17). The first bus stop indicated is ‘Ross-926’ (located
in St George’s Road, corner with Ross Street, St Julian’s). This location is deemed as the most appropriate until such time as the works on Pender Place are completed.
As regards the other bus stop referred to, ‘Gerada-1199’ (situated in Triq il-Wied, corner with
Triq Gerada in L-Iklin), this was relocated last Saturday as planned.

May I enquire of Mr. Battistino whether the bus stop located near Triq Il-Grigal in Marsascala but labelled Girgal has been made by a dyslexic sign writer or am I missing something?

Also may i add can Mr Battistini enlighten us as to why the night Bus from Paceville no longer goes to the siberia area since his company took over the bus service, the last night bus from Pacevillee which went to the siberia jerma area was on 2nd July 2011. Thanks to arriva we have now to walk over 20 minutes in the dark late at night. Isthu!
