As part of the Foundation for Human Resource Development’s annual national conference, the Malta Business Bureau is holding a master class themed “Promoting flexible work and family friendly measures in the private sector” on October 5.

The class will feature keynote speaker Cæsar Szwebs, manager AMU Nordjylland, who will present Danish best practices in the field which can be adopted by the local private sector. The economic and social disparities between Denmark and Malta will also be discussed. Participants will join workshops for active discussion on the way forward to implement such measures in the Maltese private sector.

The FHRD annual national conference will be held at the Corinthia San Ġorg Hotel, St Julian’s at 8.30 a.m.
