Radio is five years old

A festive evening by Radju Lauretana to commemorate its fifth anniversary was recently held in Għajnsielem. Entertainment included singing, dance and live music. A feature story about the radio together with the song Radju Lauretana Ħames Snin Flimkien were shown on a big screen. Centre Stage Dance Academy, under the direction and choreography of Natalie Sciortino, danced to Maltese and Eurovision songs, including Euphoria and This is the Night. Artist Paul Stellini produced a colourful portrait of Għajnsielem parish church, which he presented to radio director Lelio Spiteri.
