KPMG Malta has renewed its partnership agreement with JCI Malta, an affiliate of the international network of active citizens in their 20s and 30s committed to create development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

The agreement includes financial support for flagship programmes such as the Best Business Plan Competition and the Creative Young Entrepreneur Award. It also contains access for JCI Members to KPMG expertise and training for KPMG staff in areas as required.

Joseph Schembri, senior partner at KPMG, said: “KPMG and JCI Malta share the same commitment to provide clear and cutting-edge solutions through people. Both organisations have a global mindset with KPMG present in 152 countries and JCI present in over 120.

“A number of KPMG employees are JCI members and we promote membership among our staff as we believe JCI provides the space, challenge and support where young people can develop on a personal and professional level, network and contribute to the community.”

JCI Malta president Charlotte Gregory said KPMG has supported JCI Malta for over eight years and the partnership helps to deliver high-quality events and increase membership value.
