BORG. On August 21, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHARLIE of Siġġiewi, aged 51, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his brothers Albert and his wife Maria, Salvu and his wife Rita and Nicky and his wife Miriam, his sister Benna and her husband Anthony Grech, nephews and nieces, uncles and aunties, cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 3.30 p.m., for St Nicholas parish church in Siġġiewi, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4 p.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Siġġiewi Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza in Siġġiewi will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

COPPERSTONE. On August 20, MARLENE, née Busuttil, aged 80, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Anita and her husband Joe Schembri, her son Henry and his wife Denise, her beloved grand­children Jonathan, Matthew, Stephanie and Janine, her sister Carmen Gaffiero, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 9.15 a.m. for Stella Mares parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.30 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

O’NEILL. On August 19, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALBERT of Birkirkara, aged 66, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss, his wife Mary Carmen, his son Major Clinton John O’Neill and his wife Sharon, daughter Clodagh, husband Klaus and granddaughter Emily, his brothers and sisters, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 9 a.m. for St Theresa Sanctuary, Birkirkara, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9.15 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
