A man was this afternoon conditionally discharged for three years after he pleaded guilty to stealing money from a fellow passenger on an Egyptair flight from Malta to Ciaro on Saturday.

The amount stolen is believed to amount to $330, which 32-year-old Hesham Darwish, 32, who resides in Malta, will be returning to victim Zhang Ziaona.
