French men being investigated

Two French men, aged around 20, are being investigated by the police after they were seen manoeuvring a boat which was later abandoned.

The police stopped the French men, who looked suspicious, as soon as they landed at around 4.30 a.m. In the meantime, the 14-foot boat was seen moving towards Balluta.

The AFM were called to search Balluta bay but their search proved negative.

The police informed the owner of the boat, which was damaged, of the find.

also along that stretch are the dirty 'fishermen' who let their dogs run around and foul the footpath not to mention the diesel they wash into the bay and the mess they make with their boats that block the way for pedestrians.

Where in the article indicates that these two young people are students? How did you come to the conclusion that young people come to Malta for the sole purpose to study English?

How else would the authorities have found the owner?

Yes it's either MFA, MFB, MFC, or S, each followed by a number.

Then there is Valletta reg that is usually found on larger craft
