Victim Support Malta service users will be able to benefit from services in a more private and comfortable environment after a group of Nectar Group employees spent two days refurbishing the VSM premises in Msida.
While Nectar employees installed gypsum partitions, and carried out basic electricity duties, painting and furniture repairs, Nectar Group donated computers to facilitate VSM’s daily work.
Victim Support Malta director Roberta Lepre said VSM was grateful for this initiative by Nectar’s social committee as part of the group’s corporate social responsibility programme.
“Nectar Group has helped us move a step closer towards achieving true justice for victims of crime,” she said.
Victim Support Group deal with all types of victims of crime, from domestic violence, sexual harassment to bereavement. The organisation is a member of Victim Support Europe and the World Society of Victimology.
