ARMS Ltd officials have checked on the claims made by Julie Vella Clark (August 10), i.e. a lost application form (to transfer her property to another tenant), and no bills issued with respect to consumption in the new house. The checks resulted in both claims being incorrect.
A transfer from one tenant to another is only possible after all dues are settled, which in this case were not. Unfortunately, even though this is clearly stipulated in the form itself, this may not have been communicated properly to the customer, for which we apologise.
Secondly, the bills for her new premises were being sent regularly to an address as specified in writing by Ms Vella Clark in her application form. In the meantime we have contacted Ms Vella Clark and handled her complaint.
