The petting farm being set up at Ta Qali was this morning visited by Rural Affairs Minister George Pullicino.

€800,000 are being invested in the farm, which is spread on 13,300 square metres of land. It will offer children and families the opportunity to learn about animals while giving them the opportunity to interact with them. Animals at the farm will include horses, rabbits, peacocks, lambs, goats and birds.

Other projects planned for Ta’ Qali include a toddlers' area, a skate park, a butterfly house and a cycling track.
