While driving from Msida towards Valletta along the dual carriageway, I came up behind a cyclist riding a mountain bike, in the outside lane. He wasn’t travelling fast and made no attempt to move to the inside lane.

We hear a lot about irresponsible drivers but I think this shows it’s not just the drivers but sometimes the cyclists themselves.
