Children attending the ‘Southern Comfort’ after-school tuition project at Sagra Familja centre in Cospicua, recently recited poems and took part in a play entitled Il-Ġnien tar-Raħal at Cottoner Garden to mark the end of another year of teaching and character formation.

Spiro Mizzi Foundation chairman Maurice Mizzi presented a gift book about gardening to each participant and donated €2,500 to archpriest Fr Joe Mifsud to cover teachers’ salaries and buy more computers for the project to continue furthering the children’s academic and intellectual development.
