Simply utter incompetence

How on earth does this country function? ARMS Ltd is the perfect example of complete and utter incompetence.

When I sold my old house and bought my new one way back in February, I gave ARMS Ltd all the necessary documents. What did they do? They lost them.

So I called them and scanned everything again and resent everything. What did they do? They lost them again!

So I went along in person and gave them all the needed documents yet again. And what do I receive? The bill of the old house whose account was closed and signed off in February (incidentally, ARMS had lost some documents pertaining to that account as well). This was actually the third bill I received and, every time, I am told that the account is closed and to ignore the bill.

I am still without a bill for my new house. Are these people responsible for their mistakes?

This is totally unacceptable. Why should I have all this trouble just because they are not able to process a simple application?

This is incredible. Cherry on the cake? I was told that these things happen quite often!
