Mita, Arms Ltd workers evacuated because of bomb hoax
Mita and Arms Ltd offices in Blata l-Bajda were evacuated this morning because of a bomb hoax at Gattard House.
Mita said it was informed of the bomb threat by the police at 9.35 a.m.
As a precautionary measure and in line with Police instructions, all people in the building were evacuated and a roll call was carried out.
The premises were declared safe by the Bomb Disposal Unit of the Armed Forces of Malta and the Police at 11 a.m. No suspicious material was found.
None of the services hosted or offered by Mita were disrupted.

Such idiots who phone about bombs are costing us hundreds of thousands of wages and lost work.
I hope that they are caught and given a good rest at the Corradino rest house.
