MSV Life plc awarded equality mark certificate

MSV Life plc has been awarded Equality Mark certification by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality, with the support of the European Social Fund.

Chief executive David Curmi said the award recognised the company’s efforts to provide a work environment free of discrimination, “a tangible validation of the company’s commitment to existing and prospective employees”.

He said the equality mark acknowledges the company’s responsibility to provide equal access to opportunities and career development based on employees’ potential, irrespective of gender, age, status or other factors.

This formal recognition confirms that the work practices of MSV Life meet the required quality standards which are guaranteed and accessible to existing and prospective employees.

It also confirms that the rights and responsibilities of all employees are respected and safeguarded.

Policies on equality and protecting against sexual harassment and ensuring a continued commitment to provide family-friendly measures to all employees are firmly in place.
