Go plc board welcomes new CEO
Go plc’s board of directors on Thursday met for the first time since chief commercial officer Yiannos Michaelides (left) was named chief executive from September 7. Mr Michaelides is currently also the deputy CEO. Chairman Deepak Padmanabhan (centre) and the directors welcomed Mr Michaelides to his new role and thanked outgoing chief executive David Kay (right) for his “fantastic” work over the past six years.

Welcome Mr Michaelides, first item on your agenda should be to ensure that your users get what they pay for. Why am I hearing from many people that they pay for a certain transfer rate and get much less? The reason that customer care gives them? : That their phone is not good enough. Pray tell, isn't the phone line of Go itself?? Instead of wasting effort announcing the free upgrades you should look at fixing these problems.
And it appears the these problems are WIDESPREAD.
It is enough to look at your Facebook page to see what I mean.
