Unregistered water meter
For well over eight months I have contacted, several times, customer care at Arms Ltd informing them that my meter has not been registering the consumption of water. I was given Ref: 300489902 and the reply has been that they keep instructing Water Services Corporation to carry out the job.
An e-mail to the WSC as well as a letter from my lawyer to Arms Ltd have proved futile.
Can anybody in authority help?
