Two Brazilian men were seriously injured in an argument in St Julians yesterday morning in which a Brazilian woman and a Serb were also involved.

The police said the woman was also taken to hospital but she refused treatment.

Three police officers, including a sergeant, who intervened to calm the men down were slightly injured when the Brazilians became aggressive.

The incident took place in St Rita Street at about 5.30 a.m.
