International youth orchestra to perform in Victoria

A symphonic choral concert by the Bisyoc International Youth Orchestra Exchange will be held at the Gozo Ministry courtyard, St Francis Square, Victoria, on Saturday at 8.30 p.m.

The concert, also featuring the Gaulitanus choir, will include Antonio Vivaldi’s Gloria RV 589, Michael Daugherty’s Route 66, Dmitri Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 and Arturo Márquez’s Danzón No. 2.

The concert will be conducted by Colin Attard and Bisyoc’s resident conductor Julian Gibbons.

Entrance is free. A donation would be appreciated.
