Updated: Polina's parents appeal for information

The parents of the Russian girl reported missing last week have made a heartfelt appeal for information. They are also offering a reward to the person providing the girl's exact location.

Nadezhda and Mizanur Rahman, the parents of 17-year old Polina said their daughter came to Malta on July 15 and went missing on July 17.

She was last seen in St Julian's on July 17 between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., wearing a red dress, black flat shoes, and carrying a small black bag.

Polina is 1.68m tall, of medium build, with dark skin, brown eyes and long black hair.

"We appeal for your help and support. We hope that your compassion and involvement will help bring our only daughter back."

Any information about Ms Rahman should be passed on to the police on tel. 119.

I am sure that the police do not really need your advice and they sure know the details of the questions that you have asked. However, the general public does not need this information just to report if they have seen her or not. The public would only needs the answers to your questions out of curiousity.
