Up till the time of writing (Monday, 9.37 p.m.) a stream of clear water has been gushing out of a broken water pipe in F.S. Caruana Street, Birkirkara, rushing down the street and also down adjacent streets.

Repeated calls to the council and the Water Services Corporation seem to have fallen on deaf ears.
