New Xagħra Scouts group leader

Loraine Borg was recently appointed group leader of Xagħra Scouts by district commissioner Lorrie Saliba.

Ms Borg is replacing Vince Vella, who was instrumental in revitalising the Xagħra group and served in the movement for the past 50 years.

Assistant group scout leader Carmel Attard is also retiring.

The ceremony was followed by a reception.
