Latin, classical Greek courses
Ever thought about reading the New Testament, Homer, or Plato in their native language?
Introductory summer courses in Latin and classical Greek will be held at the University’s Msida campus starting this Wednesday once a week up to September 26.
The Introduction to Latin sessions will be delivered from 4 to 6 p.m. and Introduction to Classical Greek sessions from 6 to 8 p.m. These courses are open to both University students and the public.
They are very accessible and will give students a sound foundation in these languages. Certification will be awarded to all students at the end of both courses.
University students may apply through the Degree Plus office (e-mail: degreeplus@um.edu.mt), while the public may apply through the Malta Classics Association (e-mail: classicsmaltasoc@gmail.com).
