Midi made almost €32 million from the sale of property at Tigné Point, securing an operating profit of more than €4 million last year.

The company made another €5 million from rental of commercial property.

These figures were given at the company’s annual general meeting where shareholders were brought up to date with the progress of the development.

The shareholders approved the financial statements and a collective remuneration of €50,000 for the directors.
