My recent experience with ARMS Ltd has left me disillusioned and greatly disappointed by their supposed ‘customer care freephone 8007222’, since I never got a reply to my complaint.
On June 12 I received three bills from them, at one go, instead of on the dates stated on them, the first of which covers the period November 4, 2010-April 28, 2011.
Why were not these bills sent out immediately they were due, and not sent altogether.
I am unable to pay the total amount for the three bills by the stipulated date (120 days from June 13). I can only pay by instalments.
