Nadur schoolchildren broadcasting an environmental programme on the local community radio.

Nadur primary school was recently awarded the Green Flag Award for the second time.

The award is an international recognition awarded to eco schools which promoted an environmental and sustainable developmental education in their schools.

For the past two years, the Nadur school promoted green initiatives and was rewarded by a number of awards, including funds from the HSBC Climate Change Initiative.

The Nadur primary Ekoskola committee is formed by schoolchildren and also includes members of the staff and the local community.
