Citadel upgrades portal

Citadel Insurance plc has launched an upgraded portal www.citadelplc.com.

The new site incorporates the company’s restructured online service centre and embodies Citadel’s commitment to changing customer needs. Designed to make navigation simpler, the site features Citadel’s range of products, including life insurance for bank loan facilities, and health insurance plans offered through Citadel Health Insurance Agency, agents for SwissLife Prévoyance et Santé.

There is an enhanced client area with improved usability and functionality, which is also accessible on smartphones and tablets. The site is integrated with social media, including Facebook.

“It was time to restructure our service channels to make it simpler for customers to manage their insurance requirements online, wherever, whenever,” Citadel Insurance plc managing director Angela Tabone explained.

Citadel is holding competitions for customers purchasing a product online and for those requesting quotations. Prizes include iPads, digital cameras, and mobile phones.
