Warning against mould removing company

Total Waterproofing Supplies, led by Marphil Gauci, was not adhering to the obligations it gave consumers in its guarantees, the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority warned.

It said in a statement this morning that the services given by the companies included mould and humidity removal from roofs and walls.

That he was failing in his obligations, the authority said, was confirmed by the Small Claims Tribunal in a number of sentences.

The authority warned that Mr Gauci also gave clients false names and he also regularly changed his commercial operation name.
