11.30 a.m. The President receives Foreign Affairs Minister Tonio Borg at San Anton Palace.

Noon Mrs Abela presides over the Malta Community Chest Fund working committee at San Anton Palace.

Wednesday

9.30 a.m. The President and Mrs Abela host a breakfast in connection with the launch of the August Moon Ball at San Anton Palace.

10.30 a.m. The President receives a courtesy call from an Australian/Maltese group of 22 students from New South Wales Youth, who are on a discovery tour of Malta, at San Anton Palace.

7.30 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela attend a reception hosted by US Ambassador Gina Abercrombie Winstanley and Gerard Winstanley on the 236th anniversary of US Independence at the US Embassy in Ta’ Qali.

Thursday

7.30 p.m. The President attends the graduation ceremony (Lejla ta’ Solidarjetà) of Caritas Rehabilitation Programme residents at San Blas, limits of Żebbuġ.

Friday

10.30 a.m. The President receives Oppostion Leader Joseph Muscat at San Anton Palace.

11.30 a.m. He receives a courtesy call from participants of the 14th annual conference of Singles for Christ at San Anton Palace.

5.45 a.m. He attends an activity organised by the National Commission Persons with Disability on its 25th anniversary at Verdala Palace.
