Obituary

AZZOPARDI. On June 26, at her residence, MARIA MADDALENA, née Falzon, widow of Joseph, passed away peacefully at the age of 81. She leaves to mourn her loss her beloved son Carmel and his wife Evelyn, her daughter M.Rose and grandson Joseph. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8.30 a.m. for St Mary parish church, Attard, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9 a.m., followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to St Joseph Home, Sta Venera, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors at home.

TESTA. On June 27, at St Vincent de Paul Residence, FELIX (CID Inspector, Rtd.), aged 89, passed away peacefully two months after his beloved wife Giovanna. He leaves to mourn his irreparable loss his children Lawrence and his wife Jean, Joe and Mary, Paulette and Alfred, Mona and Vincent, Bernardette and Lawrence, his 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, his sisters Jinnie and Liza and her husband Lino, his brother Francis and his wife Carmen and his sister-in-law Carrie and her husband Lorry. The funeral took place yesterday. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

CARUANA – EDWARD. On the first anniversary of his demise. Lovingly remembered and greatly missed. His wife Emily, his children Jacqueline and Andrew, in-laws and grandchildren. Mass for the repose of his soul will be said today at 6 p.m. at St Catherine’s Home chapel, Attard.

ENGERER. Treasured memories of a beloved father, TWANY, today being the 40th anniversary of his demise. Forever in our hearts and prayers. Camilla and Loraine.

GRISCTI – MARY. In ever loving memory of our dear mother on the 21st anniversary of her demise. Always in our thoughts and prayers. Her sons Joe, Alfred and George.
