No one can take the the law in his hands and damag any CCTV camera that may be installed in his area .
But can i asked if these CCTV ARE BEING INSTALLED LEGALY .
If i remember well but i am not certain that a few years back there was a court case regards a CCTV that was installed in an area of Testaferata street Gzira and again if i am not wrong the CCTV had to be removed.
Yes these CCTV be safer for some but yes may other can feel that their privacy being violated.
Can someone explain this matter to us as many like me are not yet certain if these CCTV ARE BEING LEGALY INSTALLED

So what does the law say - can I install a CCTV camera for security purposes on a building I live in or not?
