Go working with authorities for solution to interference problems to be found

Go television customers using a Set Top Box and experiencing interference problems should zap through the channels to trigger an automatic retune of the STB, Go said this morning.

It said customers using a CAM would need to follow their television set instructions to retune their sets to refresh the channels list. 

This operation will help to normalise most, but not necessarily all, of the affected channels, Go said.

It said it was still working closely with the Malta Communications Authority and international authorities to find a permanent solution for those channels still experiencing interference.
