Civic pride tested

In the US, social media is put to good use. Anybody using a smartphone can report any faults in the roads and broken traffic lights, with a simple application you can install on your phone (www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18367213).

I cannot imagine this system working in Malta. The car emission report system fell through in a short while.
