Nalizpelra seems to also have gotten the bug- that of wallowing in the past missing the present without any future outlook!

@Anthony
I agree with you 100%, it is a chronic habit by most PNs and their critics.

@ Mizzi & Grech
If only the 'new, moderate and progressive' Labour Party cuts itself from the past we will no longer even mention it. It was nothing to be proud of, you know, even if Joseph & Co still regard it as the 'golden era'.
Joseph still relies on the old relics of the Mintoffian and KMB era, no wonder the nightmares of the 70s and 80s persistently jar our memories.
The NP purges itself on an ongoing basis and you can rest assured that the 'rebels' will be nowhere to be seen in a matter of weeks or months, while in the Labour Party the 'modern' Joseph reaches back to the bad actors who nearly destroyed democracy, stagnated the economy and shot the number of unemployed sky high.

@Angus Black
It’s not a matter of mentioning the past which seem to have been a nightmare for Angus….I wonder why!
One thing for sure Labour Party have always been AVAND GARDE and time has proved them right even way back in the 50s, in decisions taken which had always the NATIONAL INTEREST at heart and not the Nationalist Party’s interests as Ms. Angus Black seems to have!
Why does no one mention the 60’s as well , aren’t the 60s in the past as well with the “democracy” that prevailed , with a Blessing, at the time?
