Are you a positive thinker?

I try to be as positive as I can, even when everything seems to go wrong. I try to always look at the bright side of life. Besides that, being around positive friends also helps.
The satisfaction I get from success definitely motivates me. The feeling you get when you pass a difficult exam, or any other challenge, is worth working hard for.
With positive thinking you can achieve any dream that may seem impossible. Staying positive is definitely the road to success and happiness in life.
Denise Debono, B Commerce, majoring in Banking, Finance and Insurance (2nd year).

I think I am positive, or at least show that I am. There is always something that may put me down but I try not to let difficulties affect my judgement and thinking.
Whenever I feel negative I try to reflect on people close to me or working with me, saying: “Do I want to let my negativity affect these people?”
I believe it is very important to share a positive attitude, as it can make any situation much easier to handle.
Moreover, I try to keep in mind that it is never too late to act. Life is a journey, not a race. By living it positively, you can achieve your goals and be happy in what you are successful at.
I would say self-belief and a pinch of ambition motivates success in life.

I try to be as positive as I can, as this increases the likelihood of reaching a positive outcome in any situation.
Furthermore, by being positive I believe I can influence individuals around me and create positive energy. Positive thinking enables us to overcome life’s challenges .
Something that really motivates me is working with young people who live in residential homes. Most of these people would have been traumatised in their lives, and therefore I need to accumulate positive energy to transmit a confident, understanding feeling, according to the different needs and circumstances of each and every person I meet.

To be always positive with respect to your reference aim is not always an ideal situation, as you might be wasting much more energy that required.
The ideal man is one who sets a reference and then he would compare himself to this reference. Now if he feels that he is negative with respect to this reference then he must generate a POSITIVE ENERGY to reach his aim . On the other hand if he feels that he has gone beyond his aim, he should generate a NEGATIVE ENERGY in the direction of that aim to keep him right on track.
He who is always on the positive side of thinking is never accurate as to be very accurate you need to track an aim and you can only do this if you oscillate about it, sometimes above the aim ( positive) sometimes below it( negative) . Being on the positive side you do not really know where you are and you could be wasting too much energy for an aim when you could divert that extra positive energy to another aim.
In order to know exactly where you are you must be capable of measuring both the positive and the negative difference towards your aim.
here is a surprise. In my long experience of life I noted one thing. If you ever want to learn anything, the first feeling you get is REJECTION! Why because with respect to the reference that you chose , you feel NEGATIVE. Many people stop here and they fail. My advice when you feel NEGATIVE, is to stop what you are doing and relax and go and do something that you like. But promise yourself to go back to what you want to learn. If you still feel a NEGATIVE feeling do not worry , again relax but go back to it again and again. Now my experience shows that when you familiarise yourself with what you want to learn, though you do not understand, familiarity will soon control your negative rejectness and slowly that negativity will generate a positive energy to make you go back again and again till you cope with all the difficulties. Now if you feel that you are too much ahead and feeling too POSITIVE, do not rush too fast with respect to your reference aim. as otherwise you will be using too much energy and use this positivity to breath a negative braking but not too much as you fall being your reference aim and you start feeling NEGATIVE about it.
Life is like that , the best people are those who know exactly where they are with respect to an aim.
When sailing from Italy to Malta, it is no use staying on the right hand side of Malta as you could bee off track too much so the best thing to do sooner or later is to swing left and right of it or positive and negative with respect to the line that Join Italy to Malta. All aircraft landing in Malta using the Automatic Landing system use this technique to home on the runway they want to land on.
So there is not harm to be negative as long as you use it to generate a positive energy to get out of it, but if you feel too positive is wrong ans so you need to generate a negative energy to slow you down,
That is the trick , use of negative and positive energies are controlled by positive and negative feeling.
All accurate movements need all this, there is nothing wrong in feeling negative it gives you a reference and tells you where you are. Then it is up to you to generate a related energy to sort you on the right track.
I like the student who makes mistakes and corrects it by knowing that he made mistakes through feeling negative, but I prefer the student who does not feel too positive chasing levels that he does not need.
