Two cars, SUV damaged by fire
The police are investigating separate incidents which saw two cars and an SUV damaged by fire last night.
The first case took place at Ta' Xbiex seafront at about 10 p.m. when a parked Isuzu Trooper was damaged by fire, which was put out by the police.
The second incident was reported at 3.30 a.m. at Triq l-Gnien, Qormi, where a Ford Escort which was parked in that street was extensively damaged by fire. The front part of a Renault Megane Scenic which was parked behind it was damaged.
No one was injured.

Obviously we have some people committing arson in Malta, because we have had front doors set alight and many cars torched. There could be deaths by fire if these criminals are not caught.
