A group of 25 students from Saint Theresa College recently took part in an educational visit of the EU institutions in Brussels, led by college principal Frank Fabri. The programme included visits to the Parliamentarium, the EU Parliament, the European Commission and Dar Malta.

The students were ad­dressed by Member of the European Parliament Simon Busuttil and Joanna Darmanin, head of cabinet, Health and Consumer Policy in the Commission led by Commissioner John Dalli.

The students also visited the Royal Institute of Natural Sciences and saw cultural and historical highlights of the Belgian capital.

The visit was coordinated by college youth worker Pauline Tufigno and receiv­ed funding from the EU Parliament.
