Konnekt, the psychology-oriented recruiter, and Twenty-One Law, the boutique employment law specialist, are to hold a workshop for employers, human resources professionals and recruiters at Sliema’s The Palace hotel on June 26.

The three-hour workshop will focus on practical perspectives and legal aspects of recruitment. Konnekt’s Josef Said will talk about issues related to questioning, listening and facial expressions with a view to give clear insights on matters often overlooked by HR professionals.

Twenty-One Law’s Roselyn Borg Knight will explain the application of the law in the recruitment process, starting from job description and specifications in advertising to the interviewing process and beyond.
