Following the launch of its new visual identity, Middlesea Insurance has developed and launched new travel, home, boat and motor insurance products.

The new Middlesea travel policy allows the customer to travel with peace of mind knowing that should anything go wrong, one has the best level of protection.

Three comprehensive plans are available providing different levels of cover. One of the main advantages of the travel policy is that it includes worldwide travel assistance on a 24/7 basis from Middlesea’s call-centre in Malta.

Middlesea’s new home policy offers a wide level of protection against events that may severely damage buildings and contents of a home, including personal valuable effects and belongings.

The home policy extends and provides more than just traditional insurance cover.

The policy provides a 24/7 emergency repair service to provide direct assistance in case of emergency such as sudden or unexpected breakdown or damage to piping, leaks, complete failure of the electrical supply, damage to locks, breakage of glazing of external windows or doors.

Middlesea’s upgraded motor policy caters for three standard levels of cover fitting the requirements of private vehicles, commercial vehicles and motorcycles.

It provides more than just basic insurance cover as it incorporates directly emergency assistance services.

All three levels of cover include free 24/7 roadside assistance and breakdown service incorporating repair on the spot following mechanical or electrical breakdown, battery boost and flat tyre assistance, towing of motor vehicle following a breakdown or accident, second delivery service, fuel delivery and locksmith service.

Middlesea’s new boat policy provides wide insurance protection against accidental loss or damage to the boat and personal items used in connection with the boat, including liability to others and personal accident for all people on board. The policy may also be extended to include cover for water skiing, racing and chartering.

All policies are available from Middlesea’s head office in Floriana and from its branch office at the University of Malta. They are also available from all authorised intermediaries and insurance brokers.
