Financial services provider Curmi and Partners will be working alongside Morgan Stanley to set new standards of investment strategies for its clients.
Managing director David Curmi explained that the firm would continue to act as independent investment advisers but clients would now enjoy the additional benefit of being able to access the global investment insight of Morgan Stanley, including its award-winning research.
“Malta is becoming an important wealth management centre for an increasingly large population of companies and individuals,” Pavlos Bailas, managing director and head of Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said.
Set up in 1978, Curmi and Partners is one of the longest established wealth managers in Malta, providing investment solutions to an array of its institutional and private clients focusing on equity, fixed income and fund solutions.
As at March 31, Morgan Stanley’s global wealth management group had $1.7 trillion (€1.4 trillion) in client assets.
