BMIT Ltd, the data centre, has achieved Microsoft ‘Silver Hosting’ competency, demonstrating its ability to meet customers’ growing hosting needs.
Silver competency puts organisations in the top five per cent
The certificate was achieved after a number of BMIT employees obtained certification in several subjects.
This is the latest in a string of recent initiatives taken by the company in data centre services, cloud offerings and hosting solutions.
BMIT is now better positioned to expand its service offering, including providing an increased personalised offering to its customers.
“By achieving silver competency, organisations have proven their expertise in specific technology areas, placing them among the top five per cent of Microsoft partners worldwide,” Microsoft Malta’s solutions and partners manager Kevin Schembri said.
BMIT has established itself as a leading provider of co-location, hosting and managing services to online gaming companies in Europe.
It is currently diversifying its product offering and now alsoprovides services to a widerange of customers in financial services, legal, architecture, IT solutions and retail businesses. The company operates two data centres in Malta.
