Bus service ‘closed’!

On May 28, my son informed me that he had been waiting for over an hour in Għargħur for a bus. I rang up Arriva to complain and verify the situation. I was duly informed that there was “closure today” for Għargħur.

I was also told, after querying the fresh meaning of this term, that no buses would be going to Għargħur that day and for no apparent reason!

This is appalling service. I was also told that the information was posted on the internet! I’m sure that our fellow Għargħurin are impressed!

The unreliable service that Arriva offers to Għargħur residents is disgraceful, as also must be its management.
