I had the privilege of being one flight KM102 from London Heathrow to Malta on May 13. I cannot but highly commend the crew on this flight.
They were led by purser Joseph Camilleri and his team included stewards Richard Caruana, Ian Gauci Borda and a young lady (working in business class) whose name, unfortunately, I failed to get hold of.
The crew worked as a team in a most professional manner. Their uniform standards were impeccable. Their service was carried out with a smile and with good eye contact.
Most importantly, their onboard safety procedures were carried out beyond requirements.
The members of the team on the flight have proven to be excellent representatives of Air Malta and, indeed, of our country.
Their professionalism shows that our national airline is on the right path to get through the current turbulent climate and will continue to be the pride of our country both locally and abroad.
