New general manager at Kempinski Hotel

Sven Fritzsche is the new general manager at the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz.

Mr Fritzsche will be replacing Noel Attard, who has been appointed general manager of the Kempinski Hotel in Lithuania, scheduled to open soon.

Mr Fritzsche, 37, who has been working for Kempinski hotels since 1999, served as a front desk manager at the hotel eight years ago.

Until last year, he was general manager at the Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace Ulanbaatar in Mongolia.

Mr Fritzsche said: “When the opportunity was offered to return to Gozo, I did not hesitate even for one second, as the charm and beauty of the island were still very lively in my memory. It is great to see how the hotel evolved over the past eight years.”
